Muzzleloader permit

Does anyone have the permit for non magnifing scope, wondering what are the conditions for one. Does prescription glasses with a distance plus bifocals correction meet them. I know you have to have a eye doctor fill out the application and sign it.

A friend of mine got the permit a month ago. The eye doctor told him that if you need bifocals, you qualify. I suppose that is because you can't focus near on the rear sight and far, on the front sight at the same time; it's one or the other.

Thats what I wanted to know I know season is over but planning on doing it next year and there are some good sales on muzzleloaders right now.
