flashers

Rock Finder

Question

Hello everyone, I am new to this site and really like what I see so far. Anyway, I am starting to look into buying a flasher. I don't want to spend a lot of money, but I don't want a piece of junk either. What is a good flasher for the money. I don't need top of the line, but I would like one that I don't need or want to replace by next year. thanks.

You can get used FL-8's on here and on C-list. I got mine for $150 a couple of years ago and they are great starter flashers and will last a long time depending on what you want out of your flasher. The Marcum LX-1 is also a great flasher at a reasonable price.

Welcome to FM.

I think the Marcum VX-1P, Marcum LX-3tc, and Vex FL-18 are all excellent flashers, a step above entry-level with features like zoom, and ones that you will likely keep and be happy with for many, many years. You can see them all HERE. Prices include shipping.

Thanks for the info, I will be checking into an LX-1

Make sure you look for the VX-1 or VX-1P, as there is no LX-1. There is however an LX-i. I know kind of confusing, but the VX-1 is what you are looking for.
