New Mr. Heater Little Buddy

I just picked up a New Mr Heater Little Buddy this morning for use in my Clam Fush Trap Scout. I had not seen these prior to visiting Gander today, they had them on sale for $49.99 with regular price being $59.99.

I set it up and did a short test in the Scout and this thing should be great on cooler days. The only downside I see is there is no adjustable heat setting, only on/off, but keeping the windows vented should assist temperature control.

Looks like just about the right height to warm wet hands when your sittin' in a portable. Nice! Too bad no variable temp though, maybe next model. Like you said, windows should work fine.

That looks like it would be great for a deer stand or goose blind besides ice fishing. Too bad the angle of the head can't be adjusted to point down and keep the ice holes from icing up.

I have been using mine in my Otter Cabin and it has been enough for me to fish in a sweatshirt. Easy lighting and its real good on propane. I got over 6 hours on a tank today.

1st buddy heater I got that actually does what it is supposed to. Would be a real good 1 man heater. Once we get around 0 it wont be enough for mt Cabin but for now its a great little heater.
