Hunting Chisolm area?

We just leased some land by Chisolm. How is the hunting up there? Plan on deer, beer and grouse hunting. What kinda deer numbers are there.

I am from Hibbing originally, and still hunt north of Chisholm. Overall good number of deer and big bucks too. The reason there are big bucks is the cover is rather thick (in most places) and they are wary due to wolves (my opinion and that is a statement for where we hunt). I really enjoy it up there and can't wait for this coming weekend. I went out for grouse and got a few and kicked up quite a few. I can't speak for bear, but my dad and his buddies hunted successfully a few years back.

Overall...good choice for a location.
