Gun and choke question

i have a remmington super magnum 1187 12 ga with a full choke in and was wondering what choke to use for slugs. Full,improved, or no choke. Thanks

Full is smaller diameter which is a tighter pattern when shooting shot. I have always heard that the more open (larger diamater chokes, such as the impoved, are better (more accurate) when shooting slugs. However some have better luck with a modified choke which is inbetween full and improved.

Someone can proably explain it better.

get a sabot choke for your remington. Gets your shot groups to almost as good as a rifle barrel shotgun.
