Bow Case

Can anyone tell me if I have to have my box cased when I'm in the field/woods when its before or after legal shooting hours. Everything I've seen in the regs seems to deal with transportation of the bow.

I was told by someone hunting some public land that I need to have it cased in non legal shooting hours. So I didn't know if that applied to all public land or not.

I believe you dont have too. I mean how many people would carry a bow case in the woods all the way to there stand. same with gun hunting. So no I dont think you do
