Thanks for posting the mods. I'm in the same boat and trying to get all set up to pull with my snowmobile. My only downfall is that I have the 3 man polarsport. That icehouse is a beast already and I don't want the extra weight of plywood. I'm going to try to do the same type of mods with hard plastic. The heavy weight sled won't bounce as much but I don't want to give up my portability.
