Would not worry about the bear, we have tropy bear and deer living together on our property. Coyote can push the deer, but not like wolves. All those animals in the same place means your on location. I like to think hunting spots are like fishing spots, " 90% of the fish, are in 10% of the lake".

You found a good spot, hunt it.
