Woodpeckers everywhere! (sorry, no pix)

We live in town and put out different types of seed to attract the birds. Right now we have so many woodpeckers coming into out suet cakes that you can't keep track of them. Downy, Hairy, and Red Bellied. Constant! Way more than we've ever had before. Anyone else seeing this right now?

We've got an increase, too. It's seasonal. Lots of young birds hatched this spring and looking and flying like adults now. They tend to stay somewhat together as families for awhile in early fall, too.

Sure is cool to see so many.

No so many as you but a fair amount for sure. Love all the activity this time of year.

Maybe if you put some suet out for them they'll leave your house alone?
