I would put on a heavy jig, maybe 3/4 oz, and either tip it with a minnow or use plastics and just pitch it out and jig it back to shore. I would try to pitch them to that current seam that looks to be about 15 yards out. I agree, bobbers would be worthless in that kind of condition.
