Shelter License

We are planning a trip to Devils Lake North Dakota next week. Of course we know we have to have non-resident fishing license, but what about a shelter license. Is a Minnesota shelter license good in North Dakota or not???

Just came back from there about a month ago. You do not need a shelter license in ND.

No license required for structures other than a fishing license. You don't need your name on it unless you plan to leave it out over night.

I am thinking of a trip to Red Lake MN. Does a non res. need shelter lic. there. for perm or and Clam type.

Upper Red Lake is in Minnesota and of course you need a shelter license.
