cold weather archery jacket?

what do you like? i was looking in the history and only found stuff on sent lock wich dont interest me. all my jackets creep up on me

I wear several jackets and sweaters in very late season, windy, cold weather archery hunting. I layer based on the temperature. This is a combination of wool, fleece, and some spun polymer thing. I don't know of a single jacket that will do it all.

Add another vote for layering. A single jacket has nothing on a good layering system. When it gets brutal cold, I have a few turtle necks I add into my already numerous layers. I also wrap my midsection with a strip of 2 foot wide polarfleece. You loose a lot of warmth where your jacket meets your pants. This might sound stupid, but I'll wear 2 or three heavy wool stocking caps. I figure you lose so much heat from your head, insulating it probably help alot.
