I am wanting to sell my atv and I am wondering if it is the same as selling a boat.. Does the DMV have a bill of sale form both parties need to fill out? I was on the HSOforum but still confused. Thanks for your help.

Yes I believe thats what you have to do. It tells on the back of your DNR registration card.
