ATV Tow tiller

Anyone know of a place in the twin cities to rent a tow behind tiller for an atv. I found a place that will rent a 8 gang disc, not sure if that would be sufficient to ready a plot for some grass seeding? Anyone have experience in this? Won't get used much so I don't want to buy one from Northern Tool.

My guess would be that a tiller would be very time consuming and not practical if you're going to seed a plot. The disc would do the job, but I would think that after a disc, you would need some other implement to smooth out the ground a little before planting grass seed.

I saw a Gander store that rents out actual plot seeders. Not sure if this would do the total job. I think they're more intended for food plots.
