Da Beak
How do you tell what type of Fiddleheads are edible? I've done a little reading and from what I have seen, the only type you should eat is the Fiddlehead from the Ostrich Fern. How do you identify them as an Ostrich Fern when they are still in the Fiddlehead Phase? Thanks,Beak
