Yep, that's his name. Doubt you've met him yet. Wade and I went up to the slabfest without the stepkid (Grant) this year. We don't really have room for him, he just brings wayyyyy to many rods!!

My wife gives me enough heck with just Wade and I going away (she calls it Broke Back Fishing Trip). Can't imagine what would happen if there was a third.

Thanks guys. He really is my pride and joy. He was born during deer hunting season last year and after the birth, I totally forgot about deer hunting last year. Wouldn't have changed it at all. He really has changed my life for the better!!! And yes, lisa, my name is Grant.

My opener is next weekend. The cabin and the boat are packed with my husband's buddies and brothers this weekend. That's the way it's always been and that's just fine with me. I'd have to cut the weekend short for Mother's Day anyway.
