ironman
Just got all licensed up. I thought I'd pass my thoughts along about it. Every year I do the same thing and get all my licenses and stamps at the same time. I know I'm going to buy them anyways why carry all those extra pieces of plastic/paper. The clerk told to wait while they all print, well..its all on one sheet of paper. She looked shocked, she said she's never done that before. Now I do it out of convenience to myself, but today I thought..what a great way to save some materials for the state not too mention maybe bring the costs of licensing down alittle and hopefully that money could be used in other areas such as stocking/managment and such. Just think, If we all did this, think of the amount of paper it would save and ink. For me I purchased the sportsmens license, trapping, state duck stamp, pheasant stamp and trout stamp. I will use all of these as I do every year. The sportsmens already takes care of fishing and small game hunting, with the trapping and stamps thats six pieces of paper into one. The total bill was 70 something. I realize that some people may only afford what they can at the time and I am by no means "preaching"..just a thought. Or do it for the reason I do, less [PoorWordUsage] in your wallet. Good luck out there.
