Prices for tick repellant

I have just checked on-line and found that the price for Advantix red box 6 pack varies from a low of $56.99 to a high of 83.99.

Anyone else have any experience on this? Obviously worth the effort to check on line. The vet I go to was 67.77 for a 4 pack.

I may be jumping the gun but we found a tick on a dog up by Sturgeon Lake two weeks ago.

So today I ran an online check and found a 6 pack of advantix for a 21-50 lb dog ranges from 41.04 to 82.99. I can't figure the half price things out and wonder if the stuff is outdated. One place said they can't sell it to US customers.

What have others found, and what's with the No U.S. thing?

I bought from Amazon last year. They had a pretty good price. Thanks for the reminder, I'd better apply before too long. The wife freaks out if she sees ticks on the dog
