1965 skidoo chalet help please!!!!!

I have a 65'skidoo chalet with a 7 horse motor rotax i believe. I have been restoring it and am pretty much complete except i broke a ring on the piston and i have been searching for over a year and cannot find one anywhere. i can find anything else for the sled but impossible for a ring, so here i am asking you all for help. If anyone knows of one or where i can get one i would greatly appreciate it. i am losing hope and am thinking of buying a new motor but an 8 horse cause i cant find a 7 but i dont want to do that cause i want it all original! thanks in advance,

I too, am restoring a 65 Chalet. I got everything except a plastic OEM carb filter thingamajig. Do you know where I might find one? I am also looking for someone to prep and paint my hood.
