How do you figure? He was a better hitter last year than anyone the Twins currently employ. Yes, he took roids, and yes, he is a dink that has legal issues that may not allow him to play much this year. Those off-field issues are why teams are not signing him.

Not because he is washed up. He might not be able to play outfield much anyone, but as a DH in the AL, he would probably rake just like he has all throughout his career. He produced last year also, not like he did during his hayday, but he is still a very productive hitter. Look at his stats.

If Oakland is going with Big Frank, then it's probably over for Barry.

i think his time is done and he needs to retire. I really dont think hes going to get picked up at all.

Alot of teams right now are scared to give him money. They don't know whats going to happen with all the legal woes he is having right now, there's a slight chance he could go to jail

Ok - Bonds will be signed. Right now teams are still working out their rosters and feeling out their teams. Bonds will be on a time sometime in late June or July. Hes too good of a hitter for a team just out of the race to not want.

Heck, i'd take Bonds in twins pins any day.
