Minnesota Bowfin Club?

In the Brainerd paper a couple years ago, I saw something about the Minnesota Bowfin Club. Is this club still in existence? Their HSOforum seems to be offline now.

Any information regarding this club would be appreciated.

I never would have guessed there would be a club for this fish. They are one heck of a fighter, though-maybe one of the fightenest (if that's a word) fish I have ever caught!

I caught one off the dock a couple years ago, and still to this day can't believe how hard that thing fought! So when I saw that there was a club out there that was working on their preservation (I guess they mainly eat medium sized sunnies and are really good for the fishery), I thought that was pretty cool.
