Can I ask why you would be using them this early dont they just curl up in a ball and swim in the cold water? Just wondering I dont know of any place to get them this early sorry!

When you get to Ortenville the bait shop should have them. Not many here in MN. I'd also agree that with the late spring we're having a minnow bite is very, very likely the hot bite.
