6' Artificial Christmas Tree

Recommended Posts

I used to use this tree for all of my outdoor ornaments, but now it's growing to small. It's kinda Charlie Brownish, but it serves its purpose. I thought someone out there might like to have it for its limbs to build some "weed structure" out of it. Free for the taking or it goes in the garbage later this week. I'm located in EP.

Do you think it would sink, if it will i could put it in front of my dock up north. they attract crappies off my dock and they are fun to catch and filley right off my own dock.

I suppose it would sink if you tied some weights to it. Not sure if it would do it on its own. You would probably have to take it in and out each time you fish as I think it's probably illegal just to leave it in the water. Unless it's your own private lake, in which it sounds like you should take me crappie fishing with you then!!

the lake isn't private, but a guy gave me 2 plastic trees to sink off my dock, I'll be eating crappies like mad this year! thanks for the offer. my cabin is on Rush lake, it has alot of medium sized crappies, all good eaters!

Ozzie has a great point, what you are doing is illegal and is not best for the lake in the long run.

I would talk to the DNR before you do anything like this or you may get a hefty fine or worse.

Good luck!
