Well, one last creative knot is to use one uni for the superline while half blood the other one be it monomer/coplymer/flourocarbon. I personally haven't tried it enough to say it's better or worse, but it can be an alternative. Personal choice of mine is simply tying a loop end on the main superline. As since that allows me to slide that through a swivel or snap swivel, just for fast lure changing. If I needed a quick three foot leader, it's easy to simply join line to loop in any numerous way you choose.

I used to carry superglue, but I've never use it while out fishing. Outdoor conditions just never been friendly to use superglue.
