Scott M
Read a report about lots of panfish littered on a Michigan lake. Hypothetically if I were to assume it was already opened to promiscuous fishing, wouldn't littering fish on the ice surface be considered wanton waste? After some internet sleuthing all I could find on the books was wanton waste laws concerning waterfowl. Even looking in Michigan's compiled law database I couldn't find anything. No luck trying Wisconsin either. You wish you wouldn't have to legislate morality, but when fish and game are wasted its a real shame and leaves a figurative bad taste in the nonsporting public's mouth.Any MIers know if your state has a wanton waste law?
