Trailer conversion to fish house

Have been knocking around the idea of picking up a enclosed utility trailer for lawn service use and converting it in to a fish house. Any members out there done this or had experience with a retractable wheel conversion ?

I can't really see any difference in their construction from a fish house. They must not weigh anymore I wouldn't think. Minus windows and a retractable wheel system which I'm looking for opinions on doing I don't see real issues.

Thought was to install a sky light and use the wheels (tandem axle) on the trailer and just have it converted to a retractable function.

I have found a opportunity on a Haulmark 16' with a 3'vee nose. Inside dome lights, finished walls. 110 receptacles inside & out, side/rear doors, diamond plate front, has that garage floor treatment in it.

2006 model year(looks new) and $3,000 which I thought a experienced trailer guy could convert the wheel system for under $1,000 easily. All the wheels and rims are there already and new.

Lose the axles and get new spindles and such.

If I'm way off base thinking here I'd appreciate opinions. Wouldn't be nothing to put in a sky light, furnace, and holes for fishing use. Lawn service summer use would allow me to kill two birds with one stone as they say.
