JohnMickish
Is it going to be like the Reatta/Tyee glass style of boat or something different?
eyepatrol
It's pretty similar except that it's a 19-footer. Very nice boat though.
bassNspear
ya its a very nice boat. The only problem is there goign to change the trailer, becuase it sits to high on it, so the trailer is going to be different.Awesome boat, has everything in it that everyone wants. eyepatrol
I'm just a little surprised the max hp isn't 200 for a 19'er. Not that a guy needs to set his hair on fire, but for that size 200 would have been nice.Oh well, no biggie.
bassNspear
it can handle a 200, they just show the plate with a 175.
JohnMickish
One of the things I really liked about the boat is that the rod storage compartment was neither flush with the floor or the deck, kind of a step. I also liked how you could open the door without removing the deck cover. Very nice. Lots of good storage up front as well. I'll give it an "A" for the front deck design. The seats where nice too. another "A". The back of the boat is pretty decent as well, I'll give that an "A" there too. The side compartments in the cockpit area. No bins, no drawers and no nets, combine that with deep and narrow pockets. What are they thinking is supposed to be happening here? I don't what kind of grade I'd give it here. Overall I think it's a very nice boat with some very, very nice touches and the price was right as well, but that open side area really needs something. Is this boat part of the "Mercury power only" family or would I have a choice of what color motor is on the back? It's a nice boat and I will have to seriously consider it when I upgrade, unless the wife lets me pull the trigger a 619, then it's a no brainer! Shorelunch
Trinton is a Brunswick owned company. So while you can get a different colored motor, it's usually much more easier and less expensive to get a Merc. Depends on the dealer.I thought if the plate says a max hp (i.e. 175) it nulls your insurance if you got over?
bassNspear
it does, the boat couldve took a 200, but they didnt want to do it that way. So they stuck to the
Central Bassman
I like the big seats in the back unlike the rangers reatta. Sweet looking boat that for sure!!!!
