When powder painting with the super glow colors, is it better to use a white base coat?

Yes, not just white though, experiment with different base coats, you can get some real cool colors that way!

I use white high temp paint(1200 degrees) for a undercoating when using powdered glow paint. This keeps the build up down to a minimum.
