Heard that "yellow tape" is blocked off for new construction on the parking area starting today. Can some one confirm this? That stinks if true...

All is good at Yellow Tape...they were just putting down 60 Tons of gravel until the weather warms up. DEC said they won't be working on it until the warm weather is here to stay.
