My buddy was in an crash 3 years ago and had his arm shattered it is all pins and plates now. He had a one year cross bow permit. Last fall he went back to his compound but the pain he went threw trying to use it made him go back to the doctor to get a lifelong crossbow permit.

I need tips for setting up a crossbow for turkey hunting if there are any. Any thing we should try let me know. Thanks guys.

I don't have any crossbow experience but I have seen a tool, which you may already know, that is used to help pull the string back with one hand.

Otherwise if there is a way that you can mount a bi-pod to it or just use a portable bi-pod that would be beneficial so he doesn't have to support the weight.

yea he has a crank on his crossbow. I was wondering about stopping pass through. It has a 180lbs pound draw. shooting like 800 grain darts. He shot a ten point 4 year old buck at ten yards with it and that dear went to its knees. where talking nock down power.
