Bothun
Look in Dex or you can go to many larger lumber yards and get the supplies to do it yourself. Spray foam is very costly but is a great insulation and sealer.
broman
There's a place in Plymouth that sells the kits. I bought one this summer and foamed all the walls in my house.

Pooh
if your going to spend the money to do the floor you might as well do the walls too. it will also add alot of strength to the walls. most companys charge by the hour with cleanup. it wont take but maybe another hour to do the walls to. i would check out the types of foam also. closed cell foam is a better foam than the open cell foam but a bit higher priced. if I remember right the closed cell is R7 per inch.
