Brother Jeff going north for the big buck and reported that every lake seen north of St. Cloud from road is iced over.

Mom in Aitkin says her lake has been iced over for 2 days.

I remember the last time I was there in 87 we nearly got kiled in Elsworth WI after rolling into a drainage ditch other than the Harbor Bar and Red Wing Hospital I cant really remember much of the town.
But enough of me.
MJ?ready for a little fishing? Sounds like an understatement to me lol

anyhow we are getting ice fast up here near Duluth but with a warm front coming I cant see it being safe for ahwile.

[Fur Fish and Feathers]

There was 3" on the upper St. Louis Saturday and Sunday. Iced 8 'eyes on Sat, 9 on Sun. I'm sure the ice is junk after todays temps.
