Growing your own waxworms

Does anyone have any good recpies for raiseing your own waxworms.I know there many out there.But is there one that works bestfor you.

Don't be so cheap support your local bait shop! Only cheeseheads know how to grow em.

I feed mine cheese,bratwurst, and beer. I also let them sit next to me on the couch on Sundays to watch the packer game. DO NOT feed them lutefisk...they turn purple and die.
