lmfao drivers get fined for saying the S word.but when kurt busch tried to take tony out on pit road 3 times when ppl r present on pit road they get a slap on the wrist.just dont make sence does it.

I heard tonight that Busch was off probation for 43 days, from last season to today.

Probation, big deal. The only way to make this type of thing not happen is automatic missing of races. You can fine them all you want but when you make that kind of money it really doesn't matter to them. A 25000 fine to them is like 5 bucks to guys like us.

suspend the driver(s) but allow the team to use a substitute, so the owner/sponsor isn't hurt so bad but the driver is out the points.
