doughnut03 Posted February 15, 2008 Share Posted February 15, 2008 I have a Clam 2000 (just a wee little guy) and dealt with Clam as the base cracked- I give them 2 thumbs up! Super quick response time, and I was expecting to have to shell out for at least shipping- nothing. I work in the Customer Service and know when Im getting the run-around and such, and they were great to work with... its refreshing when a company actually stands behind their product! anyfishwilldo Posted February 15, 2008 Share Posted February 15, 2008 I bought a Yukon the first year they came out and the zipper froze up. It got messed up when I tried to open it so I called Clam. The gal at cust service was quite nice and told me to send/bring in my old canvas for a replacement. Then she noticed where I lived and told me she lived by St Johns collge and if I could meet her by Mc Stop we could make the exchange there. Great cust service with Clam.
