primetime49
Just read in trade journal that Triton [bronswick] is putting the Aluminum boat plant in Little Falls.Clsoing it down in southern US.With the Steinbach Manitoba Lund plant closing last year and those boats being built only in New York Mills Mn this makes Mn real close to top aluminum boat manufacturing state. Also Gen -Mar has closed all but 1 0f 5 fiberglass boat plants in Florida, one brand is Sea Swirl that was having 75 % of its boats built on other side of river in Little falls.Sea Swirl builds a real nice flats boatand some great dual console 20to 26 foot boats that would be great on Lake of The woods etc.Looks like Minnesota is going to grow boating jobs as the industry shrinks we grow. bassNspear
shows that triton is a company that is out there to make the best products out there, along with other companies helping them out in the tin.
