Feb 1st.......battery charge reminder

I just realized it's February 1st and thought..... only a couple months and the boat will be coming out of storage.

That reminded me that I should put the charger on my batteries in the basement as a mid-winter maintenance charge. I bring mine in the Fall and put them on wood blocks, and I've always done a midway point maintenance charge, so Feb 1st is always my reminder date.

It's a good way to get the longest battery life and get the most out of your investment.

I was also thinking of that the last few days. I do believe that I'm going to get the boat out of storage and start to add a few new toysd for the boat before the river fishing starts. It wont be long from now. Soon, one can ice fish on a lake one day and then chase eyes on the Mississipi the next in the boat.
