Humphrey gaslight is leaking

The Humphrey 9T gaslight I have in my fishhouse has started to leak a little propane out around the valve stem. Can this be taken apart and cleaned/fixed? Are parts available, such as the gasvalve? I am guessing that replacing the guts of this lamp would be nearly as expensive as buying an entire new light.

parts are hard to find humphrey sold out and is not making lights. i think some new guy is trying to take over.
