It says lens error, restart camera and it wont work. i have got the powershot A560 and i have never had this problem. It should be fully covered under warranty and I'd take it back to where it was purchased and see if they'll exchange it. Barring that, it'll probably have to go back to Canon for warranty service, but you're best off seeing if the retailer will exchange it so you'll have a brand new one. Paul Posted January 22, 2008 Share Posted January 22, 2008 Just a Thought, but did you try and remove the batteries for a moment, then try open lense after you reinstall batteries?
