The floor on the 6800 is thin and plastic but I would not consider it cheap. The sleeper has a double insulated floor which is thick, that is where the extra 90 pounds comes from. I have the 6800 and am happy with it, easy to setup, fairly light, and lots of room.

If I remember correctly, the flooring type is different. The 6800 has a thinner floor but it's textured, all grooved and stuff. The 5600 has a fairly heavy (pratically flat) floor.

I have a 6800 and have used the trap link on over nighters and we use cots, never had a problem at all with the groves in the floor. A freind of mine likes the full lawn chair to sleep in and it worked great for him too. when you not using the chair throw it out side.
