aqua view 360 cam

I bought an Aqua View 360 a couple years ago and now 3 out of the 4 cameras pretty much don't work at all.

I'm hoping to just buy another camera to hook up to the existing tv. Has anyone tried hooking up a different model camera to an existing tv unit like a scout cam or even a marcum cam? I haven't been too happy with the 360 since I bought it anyway.

The best thing to do is contact Nature Vision Customer Service

866-777-0733 Be aware it's the busy time of year so it may take a few days for a response. But they will be able to work with you on at least upgrading from your 360 to a 4x4 for a good discount. And the 4x4 is a much better unit, the 360 was a first run on the 4 camera system the 4x4 is the latest and with the pendant to switch between individual cameras it is very slick. And the position of the lights above the cameras really helps with night time illumination.

I would agree to contact Nature Vision. Great CS and why not use the camera that you have already purchased.

Give Nature Vision the chance to get it working properly.
