adjusting valves on honda 300 trx

Does anyone know how to do this I see 3 marks one with 2 lines one that looks like a f with a line and 1 with a t and a line? I know it takes .006 shim but not sure where to line up with to adjust the valves. Thanks

It's been a while but I belive it's the "t". Otherwise, put a long screwdriver in the spark plug hole and SLOWLY pull it over until the piston gets to the top, if the rockers are loose, then you are on the right stroke. It may take a few tries.
