Tahoe Cargo Door Latch Broken

The driver's side cargo door latch is broken on my '99 Tahoe. Has anybody had any experience with repairing or replacing this latch? I tried to open the door Christmas day morning and the handle just flips back and forth. Obviously, something broke in there. I am hoping it is a do it myselfer job.

It should be pretty straight forward. No special tools that I can think of.
