red ice
In the market for a new auger. Had the Lazer 224 and really liked it. But, it got stolen tonight and I am wondering about the strikelite four stroke auger. Anybody have one? Good or bad? Thanks, RED
0 wallyeye
My dad has one and he loves it. I believe you have to watch how you lay it down or the oil leaks into the crankcase or something like that because it's a 4 stroke. Very quite, no smoke, very light. He's on his second season and hasn't had any problems with it.
0 ameyers41
I've only used mine once, but I already love it. Quiet, light. Can't speak to durability just yet, but like it much better than my buddy's STX.
0 Kyle Sandberg
If you get it remeber its not a metal blade auger. You have to be careful with the auger part because they can break. A new auger will run you out 240 so its just something else to think about. Otherwise, they are a great auger and have awesome customer service.
