Thanks for the report. I drive by Little Elk in Zimm town during summer after picking kids up from daycare. I have not driven past it now for a couple weeks.

Stopped at the little bait shop east of Princeton and he said an angler told him there was 2" on Baxter. Then he said an hour later another angler told him there was 6" on Baxter. Take that for what you want. He said Green Lake was open in the middle last night and locked up this morning. Spectacle was the same. I drove by both at 2:30pm today and Green was locked up and Spectacle was still open in the middle a little bit. I would give these lakes another week with all that snow we are suppose to get.

Still dock fishing down here...No ice on my home lake and not really want to travel...The marina is still open but start to show signs of the turn...Atleast another week or two for the marina and littl more for the lake...
