Jerky storage

I just made my first batch of goose jerky. It turned out good. Now I was wondering how people store it.

in a zip lock bag in the frig where only you know where its at or it disappears fast, thats how it happens at my house anyway.

I just made some venison jerky on Friday. I store mine in ziplocs. Try storing them in smaller batches. That way you can freeze most of it and have less in the fridge or on the counter.

Suprised you have 2 store it!!!!!!! Usually as soon as it comes out, its gone!!!
