headspace issue 22-250 howa??

I have a 22-250 and we are currently working on some reloads for it with brass that has been fired by this gun and has been full length sized and some of the brass will not allow the bolt to close smoothly. I have been told that i might have a headspace issue due to galling on my bolt and the reloads not chambering correctly. Now i have never had an issue with new ammo before.

my question is, how do you headspace a bolt rifle and how much would that cost..my head is spinning.
