New Fishtrap X2! What do I do now?

My Dad just picked up a new Fishtrap X2 on Sunday and I am wondering on some pre-assembly purchases to make.

I am planning on picking up the runners to install on the tub before I put her together. Where have you seen the best prices on them?

How about any other accessories that you picked up right away? Or any other simple mods that you did right away that were easier before assembling it.

They were pretty scarce at cabelas. I did like the cup holder insert that goes in between the seats.

I just want to get some ideas on making something or if the price is right I might consider buying them.

By the way, how do you like the X2?

I bought one of these last year and like it alot. I have not made any modifications yet..but plan to.

I will probably put some runners on yet this fall.

I usually fished alone, so i only put one seat in and i liked the space.

i'll probably do some compartmentalizing to eliminate having the "stuff" all over the bottom of the sled. and maybe put some LED light strings in.

i bought one last year.

it has a lot of room and has a nice deep sled, I love it, the seats are great. I also have the center console but it seems that i still get stuff all over the bottom of the sled rolling around.... i have to find a storage solution, i will probally buy a nice soft bag this year for my tackle and gear instead of having a bunch of other carriers.

The only thing i have done to mine is put 4 led strings, and the center console in it, i think the next thing and only thing i will do to it is buy some of them coat hanger things that go over the poles and get the hitch.

What do you do now?

Spend some more cash on a snowmobile or four wheeler to pull that heavy house around.

I looked at them also, but pulling it by hand is out.

It is too heavy.

good call skeets!! they are heavy! and after you add the 100lbs of plywood turning your x2 in a bassboat replica it is gonna be alot heavier.

How much was that center console? I couldn't find a price at cabelas.

20 bucks i think
