What is the best cat recipe?

My favorite way to prepare Catfish is simple, here it is...

Fillet the Catfish (just like a walleye), then cut the fillets vertically into smaller steaks/strips. Put a little mustard on a plate and roll the fillets in the mustard, (it makes the breading stick, but once cooked, can't be tasted...just a little easier, than eggs)...

Mix in a big freezer bag, 50/50 mix of Cornmeal/Flour and Add some Cajun Seasoning. Toss the strips in bag and shake it up (good for kids to do)...

Anyways, then I deep fry, and enjoy. MMMM,MMMM, I'm getting hungry. I know this isn't the most unique way of doing it, but it tastes great, is easy to do, and the breading is really cheap to make too.

Fishhead makes a dang good channel fillet also. Don't have any idea about his though. Some sort of coating mix then into the grease. Some of the best tasting fish ever. Ranks better than walleye in my book any day. Really!

Remove the mudline and any red meat and fat first. Fry in shore lunch (I make my own), bake in italian dressing, or grill or bake in tinfoil with seasoning and onions and garlic and butter

Catfish in general is pretty good.. However, it is hard to catch some that arent from polluted water...
