LEM Grinder?

I want to start making venison sausage. I haven't sprung for any equipment yet. I see Fleet Farm has a LEM brand grinder, .35 hp #8, on sale. I'm tempted to buy it. I'll probably process 1 or 2 deer per year.

Anybody have good or bad experiences with the LEM brand? or this size grinder? I'm a newbie and don't want to make a big $ mistake.

Don't know about the grinder, but I have had good luck with other LEM products. They also have a great mail order catalog and their customer service is great!

Try their jerkey mixes, best I've used.
